*EARLY BIRD*

Applications completed and submitted with payment ON OR BEFORE October 15, 2024:

• $55 - non-profit / charitable organizations (proof of non-profit status required)
• $100 - all other organizations, groups, clubs, etc.

*GENERAL*

Applications completed and submitted with payment from October 16-24, 2023:

• $75 - non-proft / charitable organizations  (proof of non-profit status required)
• $120 - all other organizations, groups, clubs, etc.

*LATE ENTRY*

Applications completed and submitted with payment from October 25-31, 2023:

• $100 - non-proft / charitable organizations  (proof of non-profit status required)
• $145 - all other organizations, groups, clubs, etc.

No applications will be accepted after October 31, 2024. This is a HARD DEADLINE.

Please keep in mind this is a family and community event so decorations, apparel, music, etc. must be appropriate for all audiences. We mahalo you kindly for your consideration.
